Totally renovated
The house is totally renovated from march 2024 until January 2025. Everything is new and fresh. We partnered with a dutch design agency, a dutch stylist and local craftsman to do the job up to a standard that we really love.
Pool & Hottub
We love water and we hope you do too. There is a big pool and a real woodfire heated hottub. Enjoy the splash!

We’ve renovated the house completely and turned it into a place of luxury and relaxation. Up to the standard that we want to live there ourselves.

The house of Ria and Martijn is beautiful. Great for entertaining people both inside and outside, fiully equiped for that. The pool and sunbeds are great to cool down after a hot day in the winelands. All is brandnew and well thought off. The is well decorated and feels luxurious. Perfect base for visiting the winelands with more couples, friends or families. Ria is a great host who lives for 20 years in Franschhoek

Luxury Home Away From Home
Brand new and exceptionally well laid out, with 4 en-suite bedrooms and a pool. The property is finished and fitted out to a high standard, including high-end appliances. Both the kitchen and utility room are extremely well stocked with everything you’d need (including spices & cleaning products). Ria, the house manager, was always available and quickly responded to any request. This is a perfect base from which to explore Franschhoek and the surrounding vineyards.
